  • The Optris microscope optics kit is an accessory for customers with the PI 640i infrared camera, who have another interchangeable optic. Designed for the PI 640i thermal imager, this optimized microscope lens helps analyze thermals of electronic boards and small chip-level components, reaching resolutions as fine as 28 μm. The high-performance thermal imager supports the VGA resolution of the infrared camera. This setup offers high sensitivity and minimal thermal noise, enabling precise measurements of the smallest targets. The kit allows for hands-free operation, enabling simultaneous testing and radiometric measurement of the electronics, with an adjustable distance between the measurement object and the camera ranging from 80 to 100mm. The enhanced capabilities ensure effective and precise functional testing of electronic products.
